I blame work.

The technology at work is such that any plugins or toolbars that aren’t part of the SOE (standard operating environment) tend to disappear so I have got into the habit of using email to save interesting articles and websites.

Basically if I come across and interesting article that i want to save for later I email it to myself and filter it into either diigo or feedly.

Not an ideal system but one that i’ve got working for me.

Probably if I could get zotero or evernote to stay on my work toolbar then I would use one of them as it would be great to sync across all my devices (and I have a lot of devices) but until then I will use my email system.
