So 4 days until i have a ‘subacromial decompression’ performed on my ailing shoulder.

I have been warned and warned and warned that my shoulder will never be 100%, however my surgeon is confident that the op will improve the range of motion for my right arm.

I’m not looking forward to the op but I can’t wait for it to be over.

Once it’s over I will know:

– exactly what my limitations will be,

– what sort of range I will have,

– and stuff like that.

I need to know all this so I can move on. As far as treatment goes this is it (apart from ongoing physiotherapy). So however shoulder is after the op is how shoulder will always be.

To my new ‘post shoulder’ life  – coming soon.
