The ANZ bank now offers what it calls ‘banking in a web 2.0 world’.

It now has an online banking product called smartypig. It is definitely aimed at the social networking generation.

You can make your savings goals public and their is a widget that you can put on your facebook or myspace page so that others (of your choosing) can see how you are going with your savings goals.
